ABSTRACT

The impact of business environment iM organizational productivity (A study of Paterson Zochonis Industries Plc Aba) which this research work has carefully examined by the researcher. The researcher has made effort to look at the objective, significant, statement of problem and its importance. The study also ascertains the various business environments that could be of impact to the business organization towards its productivity. The research of this study focus on how the business organization and the immediate environment can relate to make the productivity great. Various environments are responsible to the over all productivity of the business organization. It is therefore very important to note that the relationship between business organization and the business environment should be enhanced to increase productivity. Stratified sample technique was use to detennine the sample population. The researcher made use of simple questionnaire method se collect data from the top management of Paterson Zochonis llndustiy Aba which contributed mainly of the primary data of the work and used for data analysis using chi square method. The scope of this work is limited to Paterson Zchonis Industry Aba where the research was carried out. The finding does not 1 on1y have its effect in Aba which this study focuses attention but also in every ther state in Nigeria and any other country where business organization operates in an environment operates. This is to say that this research is of both National and International relevance, the introductory aspect of environment and plan of study of project proposal were spelt out, the defrnition of tenns also gives the background. The study also looked at the literature review, theoretical review and empirical reviews were dealt with. Business organization hould cany along the society and to make sure their protection from pollution is given adequate attention. The methodology of data collection, arrangement and summarizing, data presentation, analyzing of data, as well as discussion was taken into consideration in this research work. Finally the findings result, summary, conclusion and recommendations of this research were based on the data analyzed in this work and this revealed that business environment has a great impact on business organization.
