ABSTRACT
This study
was carried out to carry out a sectorial analysis ofreal estate investment
performance and macroeconomic dynamics in Nigeria using secondary data
collected from NBS statistical bulletin between 1980 and 2017. From the
findings ofthe study, it was observed that there is an increase in REST as a
result ofincrease in PGDPR and decrease in INF and REXR within the years under
review, it can be concluded that there is significant relationship between real
estate investment performance and macroeconomic dynamics in Nigeria.
