objectives of this study are to; examine the extent to which security of customer deposit affect banking

operation Access Bank, examine the extent to which network services availability affects banking

operations of Access Bank, examine the extent to which transactions reliability affects banking

operations of Access Bank and examine the extent to which the awareness and literacy of customer

affects banking operations of Access Bank To achieve the objectives of the study, survey research

design was adopted. The researcher adopted secondary data in getting the required information.

In testing the hypotheses, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis, percentages and

correlation coefficient statistical tools were used in testing the degree of relationship existing

between the various variables in the research hypotheses and relevant questions raised in the

study. The findings revealed that revealed that electronic banking does signflcantly influence

banking operations in Nigeria. The researcher recommended that that banks should use fiber-

optic cable in their network systems. This communication has a very high bandwidth. This would

reduce traffic problem in the network, which invariably means high speed of service delivery.

Besides, it is relatively dfficult to break into such network by fraudsters. The study further

recommends that ATM be located where customers will have adequate space to queue up for their

turn to use the facility where there are many users. There is need to make a conspicuous mark on

the floor to show the point the next waiting user should not cross while waitingfor the current user

of the ATM to finish his transaction. This would reduce the possibility of knowing the PIN code of

the customer afier his ATM transactions. This would reduce the rate ofe-banking fraud.
