Field experiment was conducted in the 1998 cropping season(June to October) Umudike,to study the effect of aowirt' dte ind ni4 roen ferti1ztion On. Nitrogen fertilizer apoliction in'reased the ubr of iods/pint, pod length, pod wetht and pod yield hut hd no significant effect n seed yield. The tplicstios of the findings re disused.
