ABSTRACT

The Automatic Greenhouse Monitor is simply an Automatic medium where by the watering of plant in a greenhouse is supplied within a controlled system. A greenhouse is a structural covering in form of a house where the growing of vegetation and other related fruits are grown for various purposes. This project is Electromechanical in nature. The control system functions electronically while the mechanical function executes the work. In this project a water status measuring system is used to detect the Humidity of the soil which is the water sensor. The device is said to function automatically, to detect when the soil is dry or wet. Automatically the sensor alerts a control circuit and tap is opened to water the soil, it also switches off when sufficient water to the soil is obtained.
