Application Of Management Accounting Techniques In Small Enterprises Decision Making (A Study Of Selected Firms In Abia State)
ABSTRACT
This project I on "Application of Management Accounting Techniques in Small Enterprises decision making in selected firm in Abia State'.' The purpose of this study is to find out how small enterprises in Abia State made adequate use of management accounting information in decision making questionnaires were .administer to respondent and twenty one was returned. This help in the 'analysis of data and responses obtained in percentage arid table form using the chi-square five percentage level of significant. From the research the result find show that small enterprises got their financial assistant or lon from financial institution. Two hypotheses was used in study and one stated thus, small enterprises in Abia State doe; riot make adequate used of management accounting information for decision making. And after analysis we rejected the non hypothesis basalts they calculated x2is greater than the table value. Recommendation, the government through financial institution should established schemes that can promote small enterprises; this could he achieved by setting sonic funds for equity participation by banks or other institution. In conclusion no organization can stand without decision making through information gotten by its management accounting information system.
