Waste water is any Water that has been affected by human use. It is used water" from any combination of domestic. industrial, comniercial or agricultural activities, surface runoff or storm water and any sewer inflow or sewer infiltration (7///cy e/ al.. 2016). Waste water is a by-product of domestic. industrial, commercial or agricultural activities. Types of waste water include: domestic vaste water from households municipal waste skater from communities (also called sewage) and industrial waste water from industrial activities. According to WHO (2006), waste \\ atercan contain pll\ -ical (sand. grits. metals. ceramics), chemical (heavy metals. pharmaceuticals. gases and pesticides) and biological pollutants (Bacteria, viruses, parasites and protozoa)
