Relationship Between Gender And Performance In Joint Admission University Matriculation Examination (Ume) And The Post-Ume: Akanwa, U.N
ABSTRACT
This study investigated the
influence of gender on performance in UME and POST-UME. The design was
correlation study of the ort type. A sample of 3280 was got from 12.332 from
students in conventional universities in South Eastern Nigeria by a combination
of simple random sumpling stratified sampling and urposive techniques. Data
were collected using a proforma showing sex, U'ME and POST-UME. Four mull
hypotheses were Formulated and tested using Pearson product moment correlation
NERDC Press. Jom education.
