ABSTRACT
Analysis of locally prepared tiger
nut-milk (Kunuanya) a fermented Nigeria drink was carried out in this study. The
samples were separately subjected to proximate analysis. Ph determination and Aerobic Mesospheric Bacterial Count using
standard techniques to ascertain and compare their nutrient content. PH and microbial
and respectively. The proximate composition of the samples shows carbohydrates.
