EFFECT OF COMPANY INCOME TAX ON ECONOMIC GROWTH OF NIGERIA (A STUDY OF SELECTED FIRMS IN NIGERIA)
ABSTRACT
This research project "the effect of company incometax on economic growth of Nigeria". (A study of selected firms in Nigeria)examines the effects of company income tax and the contribution to economic growth of Nigeria. The data for the research were gathered using secondarydata on company income tax, . gross domestic product, non-oil revenue and federally collected revenue, from the years 2006-2011. The source is from "CBN statistical bulletin 2011" and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses.
